Change Call Routing Based on Your AvailabilityIntelligent PBX features like availability-based call routing help you to get on with business whilst your PBX does the hard work. Your EXS7 PBX can obtain your availability from products such as MSN messenger or Microsoft Outlook and use it to alter your call routing. You can send all calls to voicemail when you're in a meeting, but if you're out of the office you can have calls sent to your mobile.
